No pain, no gain

Made on a page of the 1708 book, An Exposition the Five Poetical Books of the Old Testament, Vol. II, 8 3/4 x 14"

When I was about 13 years old I had these bell bottom jeans, but they were a little too short. See, back in the day, we liked them to drag on the ground behind us, picking up dirt and gum wrappers. So anyway, I got this great idea to sew some extensions on the bottom. By hand, with a needle and thread. I don't know where I got the material, but I managed to do it, and when I wore them to school the next day with my Alice Cooper T-shirt, I probably looked a lot like this guy here. Only with long hair. And no artichoke collar. You get the idea.
